Fork It Over Gluten-Free Cooking
Classes/Events

Yes, you can have gooey chocolate chip cookies again! And pizza, and grandma’s strawberry-rhubarb pie, and crusty French baguettes, and essentially anything else your heart desires. It’s all a matter of a little gluten-free/wheat-free (GF/WF) know-how.

Our easy and fun GF/WF classes will teach you all the basics, and you’ll learn with other gluten- and wheat-intolerant people. The camaraderie is exceptional, and the recipes/food samples will have you shouting: Fork it over! We’re always adding classes and workshops, so check back frequently.
